1. Patrons will be required to make a deposit of $350 from the package price, to secure all bookings (or) services.

2. Deposit payment shall be made: (a) in full without set-off, counterclaim or withholding of any kind and (b) in the currency of Seller's order confirmation within thirty days of date of invoice unless otherwise specified by Seller’s goodwill.

3. The Seller has the right to absorb the $350 deposit as withdrawal fee upon (a) cancellation of the services (b) withdrawal of the buyer before the date of delivery. Strictly no refunds and the contract are non-transferable.
